At the Royal Hotel we are able to cater for your conference needs with two sizeable rooms on offer. Our Trafalgar suite is the largest venue, catering for 140 people or more depending on seating requirements, and our Victory Suite offers facilities for a smaller group of around 40 delegates. Each room layout can be tailored to your needs whether it is for boardroom, theatre or classroom style.

We can also also take care of all your catering needs throughout the day, from bacon rolls on arrival and mid-morning coffee and biscuits, to buffet or set-menu lunch, and finally your evening meal.

Stationery is supplied, as is a projector screen, and wi-fi is available in our public areas. In summary, everything tailored to your specific requirements.
